jacking up your car

hey guys... i know this might be a bit dumb...
but can someone supply me with pictures of where i should jack up the car for all the 4 sides...

because after i jack up my car the 1st time, i think i damaged some parts of it because it has some noise as if metals are moving against each other

if you can please supply 2 spots as 1 is for the jack and 1 is for the jackstand

thanx alot guys

edit: and what would that metal sounds be and how do i fix it if anyone know

im sure doing a few searches would give you pictures... im not goin out in 17 deg weather to take some.... lol...

but basically on the sides you have little tabs that hang down on the frame, there are two on each side, near the wheels.
In the front there is a little tab on the front of the center beam that you jack it up by
in the rear there is a tow-hook looking thing. Thats the jack point for the rear.

Under the front end of your car there should be either a crossmember that is suitable or a large hook that hangs a little lower than the engine and tranny. Either place is good. The tabs are good places for supports.
