Default Keyswitch problem?

I think my key switch is dead my dash warning light only come on rarely if naot at all when I have the key in and if I turned off my car and try to turn it back on the car wont start. Also the car only turns on if the dash warning lights are on if their off it would just keep turning with no start. I know its not the main relay because when I took of the main relay to test it the dash warnig lights where still on. Any suggestions?

Does anybody know if an auto keyswith works on a manual?

While I'm not sure what YEAR Accord we are talking about, yes it sounds like the electrical part of the ignition switch is going bad.
The electrical part of the switch is sold separately from the 'key' part of the switch.
