Default Knocking in front end? This could be your problem.

So lately I had this knocking noise in the front end of my car while turning, de-accelerating, and coming to a stopfor mabye the past 2 weeks. I took it to my mechanic and asked him to check it out while he was doing my rearbrakes. He said nothing seemed to be busted or loose in the front end. I was kinda glad because I was suspecting it was the front axles. The problem didnt go away though, and I drove it like that for aweek or so. A couple days ago, I decided to put my summer tires and rims on myself. I did the rear tires first and then raised the front passenger side. After popping the center cover off of the stock rim, I noticed that 2 of the lug nuts were COMPLETLEY loose. I didnt think anything of it at the time, so I finish putting the front ones on and drove off....and to my joy, the knocking was gone! And it hasnt come back since I changed my tires.
I just thought I would share this with you guys incase some day youhave the same symptoms, and would know to CHECK THE LUG NUTS before you go to a mechanic that would rip you off and say its a bustedCV joint or something.
The more information we knowthe better off we all are!
