Left Front Wheel NOT Spinning

Left Front Wheel NOT Spinning
Hi,
I don't know how to ask this question without sounding too stupid. :-)
When my car was on the lift at a service station, the mechanic turned the engine on and put it in D4. I was surprised to see only the right front wheel spinning. Only when he completely floored the throttle the other wheel started spinning.
My 1999 Accord, being a 2 wheel drive (front), should have both wheels spinning when put in drive, right? Is this a problem with transmission or something? Anyone else have seen this before?
Thanks for your help in advance.
Cheers

RE: Left Front Wheel NOT Spinning
I've had my engine running on jackstands before... both my wheels spun. What cocker said makes sense, but I don't think you can rule it out as normal until you know the brakes aren't dragging and/or the wheel bearing isn't going out.
Posi-trac is the selling term for a limited slip differential, meaning one wheel can only stay still for so long until the LSD locks up and forces it to spin. No Accords have this, so all the power goes to the wheel with the least resistance, in this case your right wheel. Both wheels should have the same resistance off the ground, so only one spinning tells me something is causing friction on the left wheel.
