LOCKED OUT!!!

RE: LOCKED OUT!!!
Does it have power locks? If it does, I would try to bend a coat hanger and see if I could slip it between the window and the weather stripping. Then try to push the unlock button with it.
If you don't have power locks, I know Autozone used to sell slim jims. A slim jim shouldn't be too hard to use on an early 90's model car. You just have to jiggle it around looking for the right place to pop the lock open.
The next step would be the all to expensive locksmith.
Unless there is a spare set of keys lying around somewhere that you forgot about.

RE: LOCKED OUT!!!
How did you manage this since the driver's door can't be closed when locked and requires key to lock from outside?
I would suggest going w/ a locksmith to avoid potentially damaging the lock mechanism, door paint, or window. If you damage the door lock w/ door closed, the repair is very tough requiring removal of the door panel w/ door closed,...a very tough job indeed. That will make $75-100 to a locksmith seem a bargain.
good luck

RE: LOCKED OUT!!!
Thieves use this method to get in: Slip a scredriver into the weatherstipping at the upper rear corner, and pry the window out. It'll bend out of the track pretty far, you can then reach in and pull the door lock up, and you're in.

Huh? Cant you just hold the inside handle to the open position while you lock it, like my 94?

RE: LOCKED OUT!!!
I locked them in my 94 coupe, and the auto guy used an air bladder between the door and the B pillar to gain some working room, and used a metal rod (not an 'inanimate carbon rod, mind you') and popped the lock.
