Check Fuse No. 1 (10A) in the under-dash fuse/relay box.

Check Fuse No. 32 (15A) and Fuse No. 37 (7.5A) in the under-hood fuse/relay box.

If the fuses are okay, it may be an "open" somewhere in the circuits.

The following is Honda’s narrative regarding Opens and Shorts:
"Open" and "short" are common electrical terms. An open is a break in a wire or at a connection. A short is an accidental connection of a wire to ground or to another wire. In simple electronics, this usually means something won't work at all. With complex electronics (such as ECM/PCMs) this can sometimes mean something works, but not the way it's supposed to.

You may have an "open" where there is a break at a connection or wire.

You may want to use a test light, voltmeter, etc. to see if there is power at the fuses.

Then check that the harness connectors at the under-dash fuse box are firmly in place. There are connectors on the front and back of the fuse box, it may be a connector in the back that is not fully seated.
