I dropped the car in other dealer. Looks like these guys are more professionals about their work. I did not tell them what I think the problem is and right away he told me " It might be VTC actuator. A lot of hondas from 08 have this problem. But don't worry you didn't hit the 60k miles yet so warranty will cover the repair , if this is the problem."
They will call me on Monday. Hopefully with the good news. That they will fix it. If not then I will document everything like you said and notify the Corporate office of Honda. About 5 years ago I did the same thing with one of the salesman from Mazda. He was cursing at us and the manager didn't do s***. I send a letter to corporate of Mazda and they suspend him for 3 months I know I'm a bad boy

 

OMG this if freaking unbelievable! I just spoke to the other dealer and their technician cannot hear anything when starting the car cold. What I supposed to do now? I asked him if I can record it and show it to them and he said NO. For the past month or so there wasn't a time when the car did not make that noise. How is it possible that it won't make that noise at none of the dealers?
I'm so pissed that I will take the car back. Park it overnight at my house and tow it in the morning to the dealer,call the technician and start the car in front of him.
