Default Loud 'rumble' in 1993 Accord

My 1993 Accord with 106,000 miles has recently developed a loud rumble coming from the front end.
Car is quiet when first started and for 30 seconds or so of driving (at low speed). Noise doesn't seem consistent with past exhaust system issues (middle and rear exhaust). Idle also seems off with idle 'speed' inconsistencies. Any ideas?

is the rumbling noise while car is moving ?? standing still or both ?

make sure throttle body is clean,, possible iacv issues ,
remove throttle body intake hose, open the throttle plate and make sure that it is clean,, also, fuly remove the idle adjust screw, spray carb clean in the hole a few times, reinstall screw and readjust idle speed

The rumble is only when the car is moving but the idle is variable. Perhaps two separate issues???

if rumble is only when car moving,, i would chk the tires, wheel bearings and possibly an internal tranny noise ??

..if AT . put it in N while driving see if noise goes away ...

if manual tranny push clutch in and out see if noise changes

differential in transmission or TQ coverter failure would be first two things I would look at

wheel bearings? but not likely to go bad at only 10XK
