Default Low budget upgrades?

I just bought my 2000 Honda Accord EX V6. I can't spend alot of money, but was wondering is there things I can do to spruce up the car to make it look good that is low budget?

Wheels, springs and struts for a decent drop.

First, what fun would that be? If I wanted stock I would've stayed with my Chrysler 300M. But it is your opinion and I thank you for that.

Second I have been looking into buying different wheels but it is still too expensive right now. I should be more specific in saying upgrades like Headlights, tinting, etc...... Basically appearance. Anything I can do myself and that doesn't cost over $500

I have a wife with a storng thumb and anything in the price range of wheels would definatley set off her alarm!

BTW 6thGen, I am from Greensboro!

Try starting out with headlights, JDM crystal or blacked out projectors are very cool. Tailights, black carbon fiber , a plethera of cheap good ones are available on e-bay and the are real easy to install. They won't bust your budget.
This is where i started.
Check out mine in the photo gallery.

Leave the tails alone, save your dough. they look awesome already. Headlights should be around $100 on ebay, tint job should be around 100. Don't want to spend a lot on exhaust look into getting exhaust tips Magnaflow, Borla, and Flowmaster, offer them from $20-50.

I finished my firstmod with only 35 bucks. I got the Xenon 100/80 blue light bulbs and they look fantastic. I will check into the tinting of the tails but I'm not going to change them out. I will be blackhousing my headlamps this weekend.
