lower sway bar bushings

RE: lower sway bar bushings
thats what i thought, but I have a different generation accord so i figured it was different.
but yea, are you replacing the linkage or the bushings? the linkage connects the control arm to the sway bar, and the bushings connect the sway bar to the car itself.

Some confusion here???
Front sway-bar is #1 and it's bushings are #2, they're not pressed in.
The end links are #4 & #5, they're easy to replace.
But NOW it sounds like you're talking about ther front lower control arm bushings(#12 & #16). I guess those are pressed in. And if they come loose it'll cause all sorts of fun problems with steering & alignment.

see the thing that 12 & 16 are sitting in...that whole thing has to be replaced. 12 and 16 are pressed in for sure. and yeah i have been having "fun" problems lol. so that lower control arm is what needs to be replaced. again thank everybody for their input.

RE: lower sway bar bushings
Maybe a combination of DIY & shop work??
Some big tight bolts here, so make sure the car's very well supported on stands before you knock it down on top of yourself.
You can probably remove the lower control arms (#7 & 9). Separate the lower ball joint from the very end & then the swaybar end link. Then undo the radius rods (#6 & 8). Then remove bolts #23 & #24. Carry the control armsto a shop. They can press in new bushing & you put it all back together. Maybe that'll save you something?? Just figure the cost of a new control arm (with bushing) vs the cost of a shop doing the press work...
You will need to get a suspension alignment when it's done.
