Also, as was stated the automatic to manual swap is VERY expensive. If you still want to drop that kind of cash on a manual swap let us know and we'll drum up some more info on it. But as was stated you're looking at spending about $5,000

Hmmm... for $5-7k I'd much rather save another $7k for a v6 manual...


@ Whitefoxx: The Eibach's are great... They're progressive compression springs so they hold up to the weight and movement really well.
The drop at the highest level is practically unnoticeable even to the trained eye (many car fiend friends didn't even notice it until I pointed it out), but I can go down another notch in the front, and I believe 2 notches in the back.
All in all, a good buy, with the Koni's

wow 5-7 K is not worth it, thank you guys you helped me a lot. Im'a call the dealer right now and put those basterds in there place.

Okay i gave them my VIN # ,, and my car does not have the extended warranty :O(
I have to pay 2k- 3k for them to rebuild my tranny, ohh well what can you do ,, thanx guys

hang on a sec ...... the problem was from 98 to 03 and some 04's ..... you have a 6th gen. I'd try again!!! There may be multiple TSB's on this. If they don't help you, call Honda of America. They've already lost the class action suit!

goto www.hondatransmissionsettlement.com and type in your vin. that will tell you if it's included in the suit. If not then call Honda of America and request a good will repair.
