There are some generic maintenance items you can try, if you haven't kept up on the maintenance.
1. Check for TCU codes. See how to check cel codes in diy section.
2. Adjust slack in cable from the throttle body to transmission.
3. Clean both shift and lockup solenoids and the screen on the seal with some throttle body cleaner.
4. Exchange your transmission fluid by drain/refill procedure.
Drain AT (you'll get only ~ 3qts, ~6qts remains in there), refill with ~3qts new Honda ATF, drive minimum 15 minutes (maybe drive all week), repeat for a total of 3 drain/refills.
