Not sure if we are on the same page......key to on for about 3 seconds, key to off for about 3 seconds, key back to on for another 3 seconds, off for another 3. Then try to start the car?
How old are the plugs, miles/KM? How old is the cap and rotor? '99 V6 still had a cap and rotor - they didn't go to COP until '00 or '01.....can't remember rigt now ....I think it was '00.
A good cleaning of the throttle body - get both sides and the edge of the butterfly never hurts anything and cost the can of TB cleaner and a rag or two. While there the IAC is on the underside of the TB, pulling and cleaning it can't hurt since you are there.
White smoke on a COLD day is a hard call - moisture inside the exahust and the fact is cold is hard to say of something is wrong or just normal - I can't see/smell it so I can't comment.

Ill try that. I'm not sure how old spark plugs are. Only had car for 3 months. Brand new cap and rotor. It's to the point new where I'm just gonna have car diagnosed. I'm not gonna spend more money on things that won't fix it. It has either a fuel problem or coolant in one of the cylinders
