How did you test for spark and fuel? For fuel, a fuel pressure gauge is the best way to verify fuel pressure at the rail. For spark, a timing light will easily verify adequate spark.

You put in a motor for a honda prelude (F22A1) into a honda accord (F22A4), right? I wonder if the ECU needs to be swapped too? There has to be a lot of info out there for this type of swap.

Fuel was verified when I did the compression test, as I saw it being spit out the open plug holes, and it will run but only for a few seconds at a time. Which I am also has me wondering about the fuel filter... As the girl I bought this from went 12 month without changing the oil... hence why the motor blew up.
Spark I grounded plugs, again it will run, but only for a few seconds.

The place I ordered the engine from, I told them I wanted an engine for a 1992 Accord Lx auto. This is what they sent me.
Yes the engine was originally an A4, they sent me an A1.

Holy Crap I got it fixed.
Weak coil.
I swapped it out for the original one and it fired right up, no hesitation and ran smoothly with gas pedal RPM feedback.
