Need help-Clutch/tranny problem
So I have a 95 Accord that has the noise everyone hears when the throwout bearing is going bad, but this morning I started the car and the same noise was present but the car woundnt go into gear. The clutch pedeal feels spongy like there is not pressure behind it. What is this issue? Could it be the throwout bearing completly broke?

Possible, but first you can rule out air in the clutch hydraulic system.
With the engine not running, have someone pump the clutch pedal for you. Watch the clutch slave cylinder as it pushes the throw-out fork. It should move back & forth about 12mm. If not, then maybe you just need to bleed the clutch.
After pumping, hold the clutch pedal down for awhile, maybe 4 or 5 minutes. The lever should NOT push the slave piston back in.
If both of these are good, then maybe dig into the T-O bearing or other problems.
