Wife and seperated, and I gave her use of my 2003 Accord EXL V6. She had both keys, and we lost the valet key awhile back..

Well, not the seperation has turned ugly, and I want my car back, but she says, talk to my Attorney...

I've got the registration (In my name only), so can I go into my Honda dealer, and get a key cut, that will open the door (while alarm is armed), and start car? What are my options??

Cars with the immobilizer system have to have the keys programmed or the car won't start.
If you hold title to the car you could just have it towed on a flatbed to your location then maybethe exwould cough up the keys. Unless she wants them for keepsakes. LOL
You might want to advise the local police as well so they would be in place to help the tow truck driver.

 

Better talk to an Attorney on this one buddy, anything other than him would be giving you false information on what to do about your car...or is it Her Car? hmmmmm
