RE: New 2004 Accord EX-V6 Engine Noises and Vibrations
Its been a few months since Ive logged in, and I still have the problem.
Referring back to RANST20's original 3 questions, 2 and 3, I've noticed them
too but was not concerned about them just as TYTALEX explained, thanks.
Its always been #1. I still have have the "thu-dump" at 9.5mph though its much
less noticeable, but I know that the "good" and "bad" mood is definitely there.
Dealer is of no help again, and as expected code reader shows nothing.
I just don't want to drive a few minutes, shut it off, and restart again to have
better driveability every time. Too much hassle.
TYTALEX's reply about #1 interests me, but if its an ABS reset thing, almost
every car on the road should have this problem. Maybe the "thu-dump" is
indeed an ABS reset thing (I don't know), but cerainly in my car it is pronounced
and what makes it noticeable is also creating this entire driveability problem.
I really don't know; some sensor, some filter, some hose plugged or misconnected,
computer has some bug, or maybe its just an inherent defect in the electric throttle
(I've noticed the 2006 catalog advertises cable throttle on its new model, why?) ...etc.
Help appreciated.
Also, when's it suppose to shift from 4th to 5th (whats the minimum speed) with
the lightest foot on the throttle? Mines 48mph and I think its too high.
