I have not heard of any aftermarket tuners having any reflash software for the later generation Accord ECM/PCM. Hondata was one of the few who even had chip replacement or did ECU reflashes for older Hondas.

If you want to see some other aftermarket performance parts available for your car, check out Throwdown Performance.

In regards to engine mods, there are quite a few V6 owners that added the P2R (PowerRevRacing) ported intake manifold runner and the P2R thermal intake manifold gasket. The ported intake manifold runner is a new Honda intake manifold runner that is ported by P2R.

There was one V6 owner that had to take his car in to the dealer for a problem with the oil pressure control valve, which was covered under warranty. The dealer had to take apart the intake manifold, etc. and never said anything about some of his mods (i.e., P2R stuff), as they probably couldn't tell or didn't care as it was not the cause of the problem. --The guy thinks they may have threw away his P2R thermal intake manifold gasket when then reinstalled the intake manifold and put on a new gasket.

Thanks!
I don't know that what I'm looking for is necessarily a re-flash software. I wish I could remember the names....... there were two different products I was looking at a few years ago when my wife bought her new car. It was a software cd and a usb dongle - install the software on your laptop and plug the dongle into your usb port, then to the cars diagnostic port. Depending on the make/model of your car there was different varying things you could do with the software on the laptop.
For some cars it was nothing, you laptop basically just acted as an OBDII which is still kinda cool because it's better than paying the dealer $150 just to hook up to your car.
But on other cars you could tweak stuff anywhere from silly things like making the tail lights blink 3 times instead of 2 when you lock it with the key fob, all the way up to changing the fuel mappings on other cars.

You may be able to use some parts from the TL and put it on your accord. You would have to do your research to see what people have used off of the TL on the newer generation accords.

If that is the way you feel about my post, Sorry. Trust me that is NOT what I was trying to do. I admit that I am old, slow and simple minded.

There was a bunch of stuff all over and I was just trying to figure out where this was going.

If you felt that was a "threat", sorry. However, I am not a "coward" and will say what I have to say. I am also willing to take "constructive feedback". If you go back and read what I posted again, you can then PM me and please tell me where I went wrong or upset you...Thanks

Good luck.
