Default New clutch Shudders/vibrates on take off.

Hi Ive searched high and low on the internet looking for some possable answers on whats going on with my car. Cars a 92 accord 5speed. Was given this car by a family member who had the clutch replaced about 250 miles ago the porblem is when i take off the clutch is very grabby and causes the engine to vibrate/shudder when im taking off and reversing. I jammed up the dude who installed the clutch and hes trying to tell me it will stop once the clutch is broke in. Im not buying it. Ive been building hot rods my entire life but have very little experience with manual transmissions. Any info on what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated... Thank you.

That sounds like clutch chatter from a warped flywheel
