New Guy here- 99 Accord, 1106, 1259, 0420 codes
This 1999 Accord has 140,000 miles.
I know the 1259 is low oil, because I am losing about 3 quarts every 1,500 miles.
I changed the air filter, new plugs and wires.
This is the second time I've had the engine light come on and all 3 codes were there.
#1 Does that mean they're connected? Could they all be related to running low on oil?
#2 Where is my oil more than likely going? I have noticed a slow pan leak and a slow leak at my valve cover gasket.
Thanks!

1259 is a problem with the vtec probably due to a lack of oil pressure. 0420 is the catalytic converter. 1106 is for the barometric pressure sensor.
I doubt that the new codes are related to the oil leak.
The 0420 and the 1106 could be related if you have a clog in your intake. You just replaced the filter, so that code may clear after a few drive cycles. You might want to pull off the intake tube and check for anything that could be blocking air flow. Clean the bore of the throttle body and both sides of the throttle plate while you have the intake tube off.
As for the oil leak, those two sources that you found could cause you to lose that much oil. Replacing the valve cover gasket is pretty simple. You can pick up a fel-pro for ~$20. The upper spark plug tube seals come with it, just pay attention to which face sits in the bore before you replace. I thought that they would have been installed upside down from looking at the new seals.
