New Main relay / Hazard lights remain on -01 Accord
The car started again with a new main fuse. Did have to disconnect the Alarm and pulled a fuse for the Blinkers due to the Hazard lights staying on. Right now it will run with the lights going. Also, noticed that the new main fuse doesn't have the two black relay connected to the circuit board like the stock one. Any ideas how make it so the alarm, blinkers will stay off while the car is running?.. Ended up unhooking the alarm (looks like after market). Now the blinkers stay off with no hazard lights. Still could use some advise on how to make it so all lights work and can drive.

I'm not sure what work you've done on the aftermarket alarm system and also what main fuse you are talking about. Can you tell us how you removed/diabled the alarm? What fuse/relay did you replace? Some pics may help as well.

RElay with alarm showing BR and RED wires cut.
Attached is the picture of the Main Relay with the 6 prong, connection along with the alarm that is disconnected. I am the first owner and never installed an alarm on the car. The one installed does have a couple mounts that connect just over the fuse box area under the dash.

The main relay normally only powers the fuel pump and fuel injectors, so it should have nothing to do with the hazard lights. If your car starts and runs, then the main relay is working properly.
You most likely have a dealer installed alarm system on your car. I can't tell from the picture if you removed the control unit for the alarm system. If you are completely removing the alarm system, then you'll have to do some investigating. The non-OEM wires typically won't have a plastic shield and are routed randomly. You'll have to trace the non-factory wires to see where they were spliced into your original wiring harness. The alarm system will need a power and ground. The alarm will have two wires attach to each end of a splice in say the starter signal wire to disable the starter. To fix, you'll have to remove the alarm wires and reattach the original wires.
If you can find some part number on your alarm system, you may be able to find the Honda installation instructions on the web.
