new to site need help bad have tryed a bunch of stuff

While you're at it, also check that none of those wires has continuity to ground.

Sorry its taken so long to respond to the help you guys have offered. A combo of bad weather and being out of work put the car on the back burner for a bit. I am not even close to being an electrician but I do have a good meter. I checked the readings at the sensor (2.36), at the connector by the strut tower (2.34), and at the computer connector (2.31). All the connections seem fine and the wires look ok.
Any other suggestions?

Ok i got this problem figured out. The computer was the issue. Im just taking a guess here, but I would say Jeremy didnt unhook the battery while hooking up the stereo system. I found an ECU on ebay for $35, so I figured it was worth a shot since I could always resell it if it did solve the problem. Sure enough, it runs like a champ now.
