Newbie saying hello and has a Q?

Default Newbie saying hello and has a Q?

I have a 91 Accord Ex. My oil light sometimes comes on flashing? I checked the dipstick and the oil level is good! what could it be? any ideas to check and verify would be appreciated. Thx

do a oil pressure test ,, if it is ok then replace the oil pressure sending unit...........unit is located above oil filter

The test cost different prices in all parts of the country so that ??? can't be answered very well. but the part can be bought at AutoZone or Advance Auto stores all over the country...

buy a factory pressure switch they are not that expensive ,,heck the last one lasted 14 years and as for the price,, as Wheel said ,it varies from shop to shop ,city to city, state to state ,,,but it should not be any more than 1 hr in labor ,, so according to their hourly rate that is what the cost will be ...
