What my friend Hondadude is saying is that you did not provide enough information to answer this question. Year model and mileage would help.

You can just thank the lord it is a 5spd and not a automatic. Its almost to the timing belt range. If you do not know when the last oil change was, I would change it.

yeah, tamp bay played alot better ball though, when 3 of your start players are batting around .050 you dont deserve to win.

Change the tranny fluid, flush the coolant with vinegar, turkey baster the power steering and brake fluid. Check all vacuum lines and replace any that are too stiff or have dryrot cracks. Might be time for new windshield washer lines or nozzles. Seafoam the intake manifold, Marvel Mystery Oil in the crankcase for 1000 miles then engine flush and oil change with new filter, Lucas in the gas, new air filter, new cabin air filter, new tree under the passanger seat (since we all know that those trees are an illegal obstruction of view .... like my radar detector) ..... you should check accessory belts for cracking or too little tension (should be a bit difficult to turn over 180 degrees).

When ever I buy a new car I change the fluids even if they look clean.
Just bought my Honda about 6 weeks ago and have
changed the oil and oil filter, drained the auto trans, changed spark plugs, new battery cables.
Next on the list as Falkore said... turkey baster brake and steering fluid.
This is cheap insurance and less than $100.
I dont know why live2 rice assumes its a 5 speed but its probably an auto. (elderly couple)
I wouldnt worry about the timing belt at this point.
