Default No Dash Lights, No Running Lights - What Gives?

Model: 1999 Accord DX 4-door sedan with 4 cylinder, US version (no daytime running lights).

What happened: Hooked the car to a utility trailer that has a possible short in the wiring. At first there were no issues, but a few miles later I stopped to fuel the car and discovered that I had no instrument panel (dashboard) light (although the idiot lights, gauges themselves, and interior dome light work as they should) and no running lights (front or rear), although headlights work as they should. Hazard lights work as they should. Brake lights work as they should, brake lights work as they should. Turn signals work as they should.

What I have done since: Checked all fuses under the hood and under the driver's side kick panel. No fried fuses. I've done a lot of Internet searching and I can't seem to find anyone that knows anything about how to resolve this issue. There are some that point to fuses and some that point to multiplex boxes, but no definitive answers in fact, even the "master mechanics" seem to guessing at resolutions.

Worth noting: This same trailer blew a fuse on a Toyota Tacoma with similar results (no dash lights or running lights), but a fuse returned these things to life. Not so with the Honda.

Also worth nothing (only because it's been brought up in some people's posts): This car has had an Alpine deck in it since 1999 and has never had any issues with lights or any other thing until now. I suppose you could blame the deck (like some people have in some Internet stuff I've read), but this is a bit of a stretch since I've had no issues until now. That said, it's electrical, so yeah, anything could happen.

Who has solid ideas?

You checked the fuses with a volt meter to be sure.

Fuse #10 10 amp in the PASSENGER SIDE under dash fuse panel.

Not really under dash, but thats how Honda calls it.

I don't think the DX model uses the multiplex control to trip the tail light relay, just the headlight switch.

I will second that. Looked at every other fuse and was pulling the last two hairs out in my head. You saved one of them. You, sir, are a genius. Fixed it. Thank you.
