No fuel and no spark

I replied to this once, i dont know why it didnt take. I checked all three wires on the cannon plug for the TPS. None of them have power going to them. I checked from the pin to a good ground on the block. Is the TPS suppose to have power at all times with the engine in "II"?

Im not sure why the post i just put up isnt showing so ill type it yet again. Does the TPS have power going to it all times with the engine in "II" position? And if it didnt have power to it would it prevent me from getting spark or fuel pressure?

The reference voltage to various sensors like EGR, TPS, MAP, etc.. get the power from the ECU. You can try to check for the proper voltages at other sensors.
You may want to check the connection to the ECU as well. Maybe you have a loose pin(s)? It is possible to have a bad ECU as well.
