Noise from the front right wheel/suspension area

Noise from the front right wheel/suspension area
Hi,
On my 1999 Accord Sedan (122000 miles), this has been bothering me since a while now. I had one of the local mechanics take a look. And as per his diagnosis replaced several parts already. Upper Control Arm, entire Strut assembly, Link and Bushings.
But the noise continues. I had replaced the rotors and pads too recently. I still don't understand what's causing the noise.
I hear the noise more when I go over road bumps. But also when the car stops or starts moving.
This is driving me nuts. Any suggestions please?
