Default Obd2 not connected

Hi so I took my 2015 Honda Accord with 55000 miles to the Arizona emissions to be tested and they failed it because of no power to the obd. Guy said maybe fuse blown. In googling it can’t find what fuse it is hooked through. Anyone had this issue and know where this is located? Or if it’s under a different name in fuse boxes. There is no obd 2 fuse or dlt fuse I can find. Any help is greatly appreciated. Alfosk70

Look for a fuse called the backup 10A in the engine bay fuse box. That should power your OBD2 connector.

Under-hood Fuse A21 (10A) - Back-up fuse, and under-dash Fuse B5 (7.5A) are both part of the (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) MIL circuit .
