oil leak

no, I have never done that with any valve cover gasket replacement actually.

It is a video for oil in the spark plug tubes. Start watching at about 18 min to see how to install the valve cover gasket with some RTV.

so do you think this is my issue? because after driving it for a little over an hour and parking, it is still dripping oil from around the same spot.

The honda shop manual says to put RTV on those corners, so it must help seal the valve cover gasket in those spots. It is definitely worth trying.

alrighty I will give that a try. it seems to be leaking while the engine is running, then when I shut it off, it dribbles off the end of the crank pulley/oil pan edge.

Valve Cover gasket is not the culprit. checked it today after driving to and from work and its dry all around.

Did you pull the upper t-belt cover and take a look inside the cover as best you can with a light?

Desertmike had a good point about the rear balance gear seal? Its the gear that you lock in place with a 1/4 inch drill bit from an access port behind the engine block. It does not look like this seal was part of the kit you bought.

Also, did you install a front balance shaft seal retainer?

You may want to inspect the back of the engine to make sure that the oil filter or the oil pressure sending unit are not leaking oil.

If you can't find the source of the leak, you may have to remove the timing belt covers to try and find the source of the leak from those seals. I know it sucks, but those sound like possible culprits.

I'm going to crawl under it tomorrow and snap some pics and post them to see if that helps any.
