Default P0325 knock sensor code on Gas Tank replacement?

I have a Honda Accord LX 2000. I took car in for a gas leak. The gas tank had ruptured, and a new tank was installed. After installation, the P0325 code was triggered. This was NOT a problem before and the shop claims to have done nothing near the knock sensor. I reset code and it did come back on after I filled the new gas tank.

Anything that could be causing a the knock sensor to falsely throw a code caused by a gas tank change?

Hmmm, just had the tank replaced on my 2001 and try as I might, I cannot think of how such a replacement can affect the knock sensor. I'm thinking it is simple coincidence.

It seems the shop also banged the front of my car into something while at the shop. I noticed the front license plate crunched and bumper slightly pushed out of alignment. Could a slight front impact has jarred the knock sensor or wiring possibly?

Other thought would be a new tank would require reconnection of the fuel pump. If not feeding the engine correct, could cause a mix problem, but car seems to run fine except for engine light.

Seems to me that a knock sensor (being kinda like a contact-microphone) is looking for some pretty specific vibrations that aren't anything like a small bump to the license plate area.

Along with the fuel tank proper, did they have to mess around with the fuel lines into the engine compartment? That's the only way I can see them doing anything in the neighborhood of the knock sensor (back side of block near the oil filter).

Wait a minute... Is this a 4-cyl or V-6?? What I said is for the 4-cyl engine.
