P2646 Keeps coming back! - Replaced everything!
Hello All,
I have an 03 Accord 2.4. 140K miles . A month or so ago, MIL light came on and I got a P0301 misfire code. Car was sputtering above 3K RPMs. I replaced all four coils and plugs and fuel injectors with OEM Denso, NGK, and Intermotor injectors, because I could and I thought it was time.
When I started the car and took for a test, car sputtered at 3K rpm and MIL came back on but this time it was a P2646 Code: (Rocker Arm Oil Pressure Switch/Actuator Circuit). I put in a new Intermotor Actuator/Solenoid assy and replaced the screen by the Power Steering pump. Both were quite clogged, even though oil is changed regularly, though at one of those 'Quick Lube' places with dino oil (wife's car).
I'm still getting a P2646 code. Oil is old, but level is good. Oil change to Mobil 1 is my next guess...
What else to check?
Thanks!

Curious if you found out the issue? I'm having the same problem right now. Had all 6 cylinder misfire and random. 2nd was bad, I replaced. Fixed that, now i'm getting the p2646 code as well. Doing some research before I fiddle with it. But I was thinking i'm just going to clean my screens. Should I just go ahead and replace the vtec solenoid and the oil pressure switch while i'm at it? Thanks
