Default Please help with identifying part - 2015 EX-L V6 Front Bumper Air Dam Retaining Clips

The above pics are taken below the front bumper , the air dam/splash guard is loose and sagging and it appears the retainer clips sheared off. The hole in the body looks to be about 12mm in size. Iv tried the assorted retainer clip packs on Amazon but none of them fit and all of them only go up to 10mm.

Look up the OEM part number on a site like hondapartsnow.com. Then search amazon or ebay for the aftermarket equivalent.

I actually did just that, although the diagrams are a little grainy and difficult to make out and bought the part I thought it was :

And it was too loose for the holes depicted.

That looks like the right part. Sometimes the clip will go through the 2 plastic pieces and get the friction fit on the metal/sub-frame. You may have to push up the plastic more?

Option B is to stop by a dealership parts counter and see if they can find the right sized part.

Ok thanks, I suppose I’ll give it another try. The base of the plastic piece goes against the frame and the pin part goes through the plastic pieces correct?

The clip should go in like the other remaining ones in your picture. It is possible the original clip is still attached to the frame and the plastic pulled through the shoulder of the clip.
