Default Please suggest a Honda Civic forum

I have a friend with a '99 Civic. He needs a forum with a good General Tech Help section. Suggestions, please.

Thanks,

Roy

Well, I've been on Honda Tech before and still check in every now and then. There is a civic section there. I will warn you, it is kind of "ruff" over there, at least in the Accord section....sorry best I have.

What kind of issue is your friend having? You are a member here and well, I wouldn't have an issue with you posting the issue. We might be able to help, Accords and Civics are a bit different but also kind of the same. Just be sure to note that the question is about a civic and that you are just trying to see if anyone has suggestions.

Other members/mods -If you think I'm out of place just let me know.

I agree with my friend Poorman212. Honda-tech has a lot of info.; but, it can be ruff; you can sometimes get attacked/flamed even when you are trying to help or when someone ask an honest question.

Thanks guys,

Well, what he really needs is just a long-term tech forum. He is not currently a wrench guy. Right now, for instance, he is dealing with the eternal fix/sell issue.

I have been super happy with the help I've received here for my Accord. Very friendly and knowledgeable folks. Sometimes I cringe when the same question gets asked over and over...but, the people here seem to be very easy going. That's the sort of thing my friend would benefit from, I expect.

He can give this forum a shot depending on his problem(s) with his car.
