Pwr window/lock not working

Pwr window/lock not working
On my '90 Accord, the front passenger side power window and power door lock does not work. All three other windows/locks work fine. When you push the window switch on the drivers door, the window moves maybe just 1/16" and stops. You can hear the mechanism wanting to work. The lock I just operate manually. Any thoughts at what I should look at first (then 2nd/3rd/4th)?Thanks for the help.

RE: Pwr window/lock not working
Not sure is this can help, but i had similar problems with my car (1997 accord).
For the window, try cleaning the window tracks with q-tips and IPA (alcohol), then spray some kind of lubricant (silicone) inside the track, this make your window move faster.
For the door lock, i believe there is a small piece of rubber inside the motor that usually fails and that you will need to replace, to do this, you need to remove the door panel, take the motor out, open it and fix it. There are some DIY instructions somewhere in this forum.

Good luck
