The OBD1.5/2 standard connector has 16 pins. The issue with numbering is that honda numbered them differently in the shop manual vs the OBD2 standard. This can get confusing. I'll make a writeup at some point to help ensure folks don't short the wrong pins.i

While it is true that the SAE numbering is different than Honda's numbering in the service manual, the white/grn wire protected by the ACGS fuse (under-hood fuse no. 46) is not at SAE numbered terminal no. 5 or Honda service manual terminal no. 5.
