Default Rear nearside tyre shoulder wear????

Hi Guy's.... My first post on this site, have read a lot of threads and you all seem a very knowlegeable buch so i am hoping you can help me out.
I have a '98 accord 2.0se.It has started to pull to the left and the rear nearside tyre has started to wear on the outside shoulder alot. I have all the wheels tracked and aligned and am told that they are fine...... So does anyone have any idea what might be causing this??
The only things that have changed before this happening are that i replaced the rear brake pads and had two new tyres on the front.

no it would not have made a difference since the measuring devices are attached to the wheels and not the tires

Radial tires sometimes take a "radial set". They want to pull in a certain direction and need to be moved to the opposite side or the rear to minimize the pull. This is why front wheel drive cars (with non directional tires) usually require rotation in an "X" pattern. This is assuming there is not a problem with the tire itself of course.

Thanks guys....

I think i'll have the tyre replaced and see how it goes from there. The wear does seem to affect one part of the shoulder more than the other i.e looking at the staionary wheel the top half has more wear than the bottom, unless you move, then it could be the other way round or one side or the other.... sometimes i feel like i'm going in circles......!
