pull the egr valve and try cleaning that out a bit.... see if that smooths it out

# 16 is the egr valve,,, try to disconnect the vacc hose from the valve first and see if that helps

any vacc in that hose at idle?? also chk to see if egr valve holds vaccum,, car at idle apply vacc to egr valve, engine should die , if it does not could have egr ports plugged
as for the chk engine lite no big deal just clear the computer
back up fuse in the underhood fuse box , remove it for 15 seconds and reinstall ( engine off )

engine didnt die when I plugged the EGR with my finger while idling, and once I put the vaccum hose back on the EGR the check engine light went off... i swear I sprayed out the throttle body and now the car has more power and its idling 100% better. "shrugs" maybe the throttle body having all that crap in there was the problem.
