Replaced ECM - wont start

Do you know whether your car is an ULEV or non-ULEV? Because, if it is an ULEV and the Air/Fuel Ratio sensor (primary) was replaced with a normal O2 sensor, the code will come back.

Does every 2000 and newer have the Immobilizer system?

How do you know if it is ULEV or non-ULEV?

In the U.S., 1998 and up Accords have Immobilizer systems. This link has some info. regarding the Immobilizer for your car.

As long as your engine has not been swapped or the valve cover swapped, it should says ULEV on the valve cover. There may be other stickers or tags in the engine compartment that says ULEV. Additionally, the OBD II trouble code that came up for the sensors can help differentiate whether it may be a ULEV or non-ULEV, as the trouble code for an Air/Fuel Ratio sensor (ULEV primary sensor) is different than for a normal O2 sensor (non-ULEV primary sensor).
