I am having the same issues with my 01 Accord EX. Replaced the master 3 times, bleed the brakes every 3-4 months, pedal feels like mush and if I need to stop quickly, the car feels like the road is icy by swaying a bit in the front. Two separate shops tell me they have no idea why this is happening. Any help guys?

Did you bleed the brakes? Shop did it? Did you bench-bleed the master before putting it in?
Sometimes I've had the brake fluid come out clear (no bubbles) for awhile, but if I keep bleeding longer I finally get some bubbles then it's OK.

Yes the shop did all the work. I have had the car to two separate shops and they still have no idea why air keeps entering the system.

Brake fluid can leak past the piston seals in the master. It would leak into the vacuum-booster, takes a long time to fill up before it leaks OUT. But in that case you would lose fluid inventory from the reservoir. See any loss of fluid?

no loss of fluid at all.
