Replacing Turn Signal Socket and Wire Harness.

Replacing Turn Signal Socket and Wire Harness.
I've been told to look for a grounding issue with regard to my dash lights going off after turning on my headlights, well might have found the ground issue.
A couple years ago my left turn signal was ripped out, but was able to reinsert the wires and the turn signal worked, but was sometimes sporadic. Upon further investigating, it was determined the the ground was missing.
So, I'm going to replace the wire harness and the socket, since they're are badly water damaged.
Can somebody tell me if these parts should be available at auto zone and what they are called?
1998 Honda Accord EX.

I think the wire harness you are looking for is #1 in the diagram below. I doubt that aftermarket stores like autozone sell that entire wire harness.
I don't know how much of the wire harness is damaged, or what you want to replace. You may be able to find that whole wire harness at a junkyard. You should be able to get the part that plugs into the turn signal and splice it in there.
