Default Rims and tyres advise needed

hey guyz, i have a honda accord 2007 4cyl 4 door

i wanna update my car and of course i must start with decent rims as i have standerd dealer rims (the black ones cap eww)

i was wondering wat is the biggest rim size i can have on my car (without any problems)

for EG i heard that i can put 19 " rims but they would be too heavy for the ride..

and wat is the widest tyre size i can have.

as i am new to this car stuff.. please write the exactl measurments so that i can past them to my local workshop!

also wondering if i change my exhaust and cold air intake ...does it harm the car in the longrun? life wise....

thank you in advance

You really need to search, this has been covered a TON of times.

Since you spelled it "tyres" are you in Europe or Canada?

Euro Accord = US Acura TSX, I'd look around on Acura forums for correct fitment down to the millimeter.

They have stuff on their website where you can put in the car & look at wheel & tire sizes +1, +2, oversized.
I have no clue about buying & shipping to Dubai, but maybe you can get info for your shops.

Really large wheels with low-profile tires are kind of a fad, with diminishing returns. Often an intermediate size (16" or 17") can be lighter weight & better cornering. But STYLE drives towards larger rims & shorter sidewalls. How smooth are the roads over there? One BIG down side of large rims is more likely to be damaged on potholes.

The biggest you can fit without throwing off the speedo is about 19". I have seen people run widths on 6th gen Accords up to 9.5 with no problems, of course this required a lower offset (around +35mm to +40mm)

I have 18x8.5 +45mm on my 99 right now with no problems.
