when u say all those hoses.. u mean ALL the rubber hoses that are visible ( and some that arent but use manual to finf them) or just those that lead somewhere to the actualy engine it self...and the biggest issue is how do i actually check and see if they are leaking?

Yup, all those hoses. First, make sure that they all go somewhere and are attached at both ends. To check a hose you can take it off one end (end that is not directly attached to engine, engine is what makes the vacuum) and put your finger over the end to feel for vacuum, do this with the car on and watch out for moving parts. You should also notice a difference in how the engine runs with one of these hoses detached. Make sure you are testing vacuum lines though and you don't accidentally remove a fuel line that is running high pressure. If you don't feel vacuum the hose could be crakced, somethings plugged, etc. If you find a hose like this double check your manual to see what it actually is, it might not create vacuum all the time.
