RE: Selling 1992 Honda Accord and NEED HELP
Of course that does not sound like a good deal.
You could probably get a starter at autozone for around 150, and that is just a ballpark guess. I would imagine that you could fix it yourself but if not, find someone local and pay them 50 to replace it.
You will never find a good deal at a dealer except a $20 oil change.

So is starter not turning the flywheel, or do you hear a single click when you try to start the car.
You can call around to find out if there are any shops that rebuild starters.
Replacing the starter is not hard. Disconnect the battery, disconnect the electrical connections (2) from the starter, unbolt the starter (2 bolts), replace with new/rebuilt, reconnect electrical connections. Its pretty easy to do.

RE: Selling 1992 Honda Accord and NEED HELP
So i go to the honda dealership today to pick up my car..
now the flywheel wont even turn over so i have to get the car towed! It just clicks now.
So theysaid the starter was shooting sparks and its completely shot ($450)... wasnt when i dropped it off!
They also said the the speedometer and guages are not working due to the "speed sensor" and it would be $275 for them to fix it.
So i think im going to get a cheap starter from a junkyard and try to put it in myself....
Is this speed sensor thing hard to install? Im willing to sayscrew it and just sell it with the speedometer all messed up.. or maybe i might even just "try" tosell it as it is right now

Hey, will you edit the swearing out of your last post?
The vehicle speed sensor isn't hard to replace. Its held in by two bolts. It might be in a tight spot. They probably cost around 50-75.
I'm not sure if the starter's contacts are just shot or the starter motor is shot. Others might be able to add their two cents on this one.
It can't hurt to take the starter out and look at the solenoid and contacts. I just did a quick Ebay search for "92 accord starter" and there is one on there for $23.
