If you haven't cleared the codes, I'd still get them and then clear them.
That way "if" something comes up in the furture you can at least know if they are the same or something new.
Just me and take this how you want. I'm not a fan of letting an engine sit for long peroids of time. Bad things can happen if you leave them just sitting.....fuel pumps can "gum up".....a slow leaking HG can fill a cyl to the point you can bend valves....ect. Not trying to give you bad thoughts, just my opinion. Example of my OCD, my oldests sons car has not driven more than 20 miles in ~ 1 1/2 years but I make a point to at least let it run for 15 minutes every 3~4 weeks.
