Question Is this sill usable?

I received a manual transmission from a 94 LX via UPS a few days ago but it seems to have been improperly packaged and had 2 areas on it that were obviously broken in transit by the looks of the clean breaks and cracks. It was insured so I was wondering if I was going to have to make a claim. At this point I'm not sure if I can still use it let me know what you all think!

Were the pieces that broke off in the box with the transmission?

I can't tell exactly what broke off, but I would probably not use that transmission.

Yes the pieces that broke off were in the box. I'm pointing at the two obvious breaks in two of the pics. One broken area looks like it's a point on the transmission that mounts to the car but I'm not sure (why I'm asking), and the other is on the side where the lever goes into the clutch plate (not sure what that's called either).

I'm supposed to be getting a full refund tomorrow, we'll see!
