Replace PCV and inspect/clean the PCV hose from valve cover to throttle body.

Note, was this engine smoking badly before the head gasket job?

Have you checked engine compressions? Excessive piston blowby can also load up the crankcase pressure and push oil into air intake.

Smoke in video is oil smoke. Steam is much whiter.

good luck

Cleaned PCV valve with some carb cleaner, also cleaned and checked crank case hose as well( not sure what else to call it) it doesn't smoke hardly at all, until i give it some gas, it them smokes as long as the throttle is open.. and seemingly ceases after it is closed or at idle.

Does the smoke smell like burning oil or antifreeze?

I would drive for a while and see if things improve. Maybe lot's of oil from PCV in intake to be burnt. Otherwise your symptoms indicate oil bypassing one or more oil control rings on pistons.

good luck
