Default speedo sensor woes

Hi, I recently bought a 95' civic with an h23a blue top swap in it. My speedometer and odometer do not work at all, and I was told I need to buy a speedo sensor for the car. The transmission I have is a 5 speed (JDM) that I believe is from an accord, the serial number is T2C5-1002384. I have made countless phone calls to different companies and honda dealerships with no luck so far identifying this T2C5 tranny, and nobody can seem to tell me which speedometer sensor I need to buy. The 2 previous owners of the car know nothing about it. I bought a sensor for a 95' prelude and its the wrong shape and size, will not fit.

Any help is greatly appreciated guys, Ive had this car over a month and still cannot put it on the road.

Does anyone here at least own a 4 cylinder, 5 speed 2000' honda accord? If you could pop your hood and read the transmission serial number off of the front of the tranny that would also be of great help to me. Its written on a white label, mine reads T2C5 - 1002384.

Found this information via google.

97 JDM manual accord transmission with the code T2C5

I am not good with transmission codes, so try to verify this information is correct.
