Squeaky Sound From The Engin

My 99 Honda Accord EX is making a loud squeaky noise that is starting to really annoy me. i believe that the noise is coming from the drive belts but im not really sure. anyone know whats wrong? any thoughts?

does it ever go away or does it do it all the time? Most common places (drivers side): Worn Belt, Loose Belt, Bad water pump or Alternator bearings
