Weak battery and/or dirty battery post connections. Have battery checked at auto parts store. Clean and snug battery posts.

good luck

Either you're very fast, or this was already done. What was done?

If sound battery test and terminals inspected and cleaned, the problem moves to the starter.

Does starter ever click instead of turning over, or only turn over slowly?

good luck

Sounds like a fuel issue, pump or regulator. You are loosing psi when it sits. Thats why it can start fast after it runs.

If you're absolutely sure the battery is good and battery connections are good, then starter contacts or starter is weak (high resistance connection somewhere).

Replacing starter on this model is easy, but be sure to release negative battery cable before working on starter. Careful to release the starter signal wire w/o damaging connector. It pulls off w/ some wiggling effort.

good luck

The best thing to do is to disconnect the battery. Clean the battery posts and all ends of both battery cables. Even clean the starter connections.

This could be a starter problem, but it could also be an ignition switch problem.

Can you get the car to stall out by shaking the key once it is started?
