Steering wheel diameter for a 1999 Accord?

Question Steering wheel diameter for a 1999 Accord?
my bro gave me his old car and the steering wheel is all worn out, so I'm buying a steering wheel cover online but have no idea if it will fit, the car is a 1999 Honda Accord 4 door.

Wheelskins makes covers. When I looked up the 99 accord it says:

Size AX Diameter 14 1/2" - 15 1/2" Grip Circumference 3 1/4" - 3 1/2"
